A Visit to Six Seven Lounge at the Edgewater Hotel

An Old Fashioned from the lounge at Six Seven.

Six Seven Restaurant and Lounge is an award-winning restaurant located inside the iconic Edgewater Hotel on the Seattle waterfront. This hotel first opened for the World's Fair and has hosted many popular musicians such as The Beatles, Led Zeplin, and Pearl Jam. The hotel has an elegant feel and offers water views of Puget Sound. The restaurant, Six Seven, features seasonally inspired cuisine. This would be the spot for celebrating something special while taking in a pretty Seattle sunset.

My husband and I checked out their lounge on a recent date night. We grabbed the last two spots at the bar on a really busy Saturday night. All of the tables with the water views were taken. The lounge and restaurant were pretty dark, but the ambiance was on point. I sipped on an Old Fashioned and he had a Paper Plane to drink. We each ordered the Wagyu Sliders with fries. The sliders were on the larger side, and I got full. I had the Truffles Fries which came with a garlic aioli for dipping. I recommend upgrading to these, they were tasty! The sliders had cheddar cheese and a pickle and were also delicious.

After eating we walked around to check out the lobby. We appreciated the PNW decor and there was a gift shop, which was closed. There looked to be lots of music merch with a nod to the hotel's history. I had to get a shot of the iconic red lit up 'E' for Edgewater outside.
