Christmas Eve Lunch at Lola

The Espresso Martini from Lola. This seasonal cocktail has Vodka, cold brew, Borgetti, Cynar, brown sugar, and toasted marshmallows.

For Christmas Eve lunch our family dined at Lola in downtown Seattle. Located on 4th Ave, this is one of Tom Douglas's spots. He's one of Seattle's most noted restaurant owners and is a James Beard Winner. Lola serves modern Greek-influenced cuisine. This was our first time dining here. When we dined at noon today, they were serving both the breakfast and the lunch menu. Both my husband and I started with the Wintry Pear cocktail, which has Bourbon, pear, Amaro, and Vanilla Chai Syrup. This drink was a solid choice and reminded me of an Old Fashioned with pear. It was really tasty and strong.

To eat, my son and I shared the French Toast. It came with three big pieces of Brioche bread, almonds, lemon curd, and fresh berries. I really enjoyed this brunch item, and all of the flavors paired well. My other son ordered the Pancakes with Chicken Sausage and really didn't like it. The pancakes were a little under-cooked. My husband went with the Lamb Burger. This burger was delicious. I took a bite, and it was a really great choice.

My husband and I shared an Espresso Martini, which came with two roasted marshmallows. This wasn't my favorite Espresso Martini ever, but the marshmallows were a fun a festive touch. This was such a nice Christmas Eve lunch!

The hotel lobby of Hotel Andra, which is connected to Lola by a hallway. On the way to the restrooms at Lola, we spotted this gorgeous lobby at Hotel Andra!
