Dinner at Ba Bar in Capitol Hill

Vietnamese food in the winter is one of the best cuisines, and you can find some of our favorite in the city at Ba Bar. We like their Capitol Hill location. This is their original location. We like the atmosphere, the solid Pho, noodle soup, the strong cocktails, and most of all, the chicken wings. In my opinion, Ba Bar has the best wings in Seattle. They use caramel sauce, roasted garlic chili, rice vinegar, and fish sauce.

My husband and I started with an Old Phoshion, their version of an Old Fashioned. This cocktail has features Pho broth fat-washed Trails End Bourbon. We've had this drink before, and it is such a solid choice! My son and I ordered the wings, and before we knew it, they were gone. My husband likes the Beef Pho, which he shared with our other son.

Don't skip the desserts here! They have some unique options for ending your meal on a sweet note. My son and I each ordered a soft serve cone with a swirl of vanilla and Pandam. Pandam is a tropical plant and tastes like vanilla and jasmine. This ice cream was very smooth and yummy! My other son ordered a piece of the Pandam cake, and it was so soft and moist! A meal at Ba Bar is always a good idea and never disappoints. The food and drinks are full of flavor, and the service is solid, too.
