Breakfast for Lunch at the Oak Table Cafe in Sequim, WA

Every small town has a café or restaurant that stands out and is so popular it attracts crowds. The Oak Table Café in Sequim, WA is theirs. I knew if we visited on the weekend there would be a long wait, so we went for lunch on a Friday. We didn't have to wait for a table at all, so it was a good choice. They are very kid friendly with crayons in mason jars, and a kids menu with a big, bear shaped pancake as one of the choices. I ordered my boys their own bear pancake and I chose a waffle topped with peaches and ice cream. My husband ordered the Eggs Benedict with Potato Pancakes. The portions are really large and its quite pricey, but I feel like the service and ambiance makes it worth it. The café is super quaint and cozy, with large windows and pictures on the wall. They are open for breakfast and lunch and you can get the breakfast menu all day. The choices are abundant with pancakes, German Pancakes, crepes, waffles, and egg dishes. If you don't see anything you want, there's something wrong and you should leave immediately and check your temperature. We had plenty of leftovers for breakfast the next day. If you're in Sequim and are hungry, go check it out!
