Hot Cocoa Fudge for National Hot Cocoa Day

Everyone loves fudge and the holidays are the perfect time to indulge in some.  Everyone knows calories don't count at Christmas so here's a recipe for some Hot Cocoa Fudge.  The bottom layer is dark chocolate, then the second layer is white chocolate, then finally it's topped with mini marshmallows to resemble a cup of Hot Cocoa.  The perfect thing to eat on National Hot Cocoa Day.  The best part is how simple the recipe is with only four ingredients.  You just use a microwave to heat the chocolate, so it only takes fifteen minutes or so to make.  The fudge turned out rich and decadent and the mini marshmallows  on top bring out the kid in all of us.

I wish I could take credit for thinking of this fudge recipe but it was another Pinterest find.  Since I didn't make any changes to the recipe, you can find the original here, on wonkywonderful.com.
