A Visit to Di Fiora for the Cassetta Pop-Up

A Wicked themed non-dairy soft serve cone from the Cassetta pop-up.

When I saw Cassetta would be doing a pop-up this weekend at Di Fiora in Seattle, I knew I wanted to check it out and get myself a soft serve cone! We'd never eaten at Di Fiora, but I'd seen the gorgeous photos of their dining room online. They're a Thai restaurant on First Hill serving Asian fusion and beautiful craft cocktails.

My husband and I went in the early afternoon for a drink, and then I tried a cone from the Cassetta pop-up. I ordered a Purple Rain drink. He had a Spicy Manhattan. Both drinks had a nice presentation, and I loved the deep purple color of my drink. The Cassetta pop-up wasn't busy, since it was a Friday after lunch. Today is the last day for the pop-up. Cassetta is an ice cream and coffee spot in Beverly Hills, CA. They serve up unique non-dairy soft serve. Some of the cones are garnished with flowers, and others have Kit Kat pieces or a Biscoff Cookie.

For the Halloween weekend, they have a Wicked cone. This pretty cone has Matcha and Strawberry Powder and flowers. I chose this soft serve cone since I love a good, themed treat. The ice cream is non-dairy, so it was really light and not very sweet. The cone was chocolate, so it looked neat and added some more sweetness.

Cassetta has been doing pop-ups every month here in Seattle at different spots. Follow them on IG to see where they'll be popping up next, if you love unique soft serve ice cream!
