Dinner at Square Knot in Georgetown

Last night we went and checked out the new 24 hour diner, Square Knot, in Georgetown.  Georgetown is one of Seattle's oldest neighborhoods and is located in South Seattle.  Georgetown is an industrial area with an eclectic, artsy scene that started in the 90's, with lots of local businesses.  From restaurants, bakeries, pet stores, antiques, galleries, bars, coffee shops and more.  Now Georgetown can add a 24 hour diner to its lists of places to visit.  The menu was pretty typical diner fare with breakfast, salads, burgers and sandwiches.  I ate a waffle with butter and syrup plus two link sausages.  My husband ate the Prime Rib Sandwich with Fries.  I liked the 50's style decor with the long counter and booths along the side of the diner.  Stuffed, we skipped dessert, but the menu listed a bunch of sundaes and milkshakes that would cap off a meal at Square Knot perfectly.

My husband ordered a Bloody Mary to go with his meal.  Square Knot has a full bar and the 9 lb. Hammer Bar is located  next door with the same owner as Square Knot.

Square Knot is located in Georgetown at 6015 Airport Way S.
