Vancouver, BC at Christmastime

The Vancouver Lookout Tower lights up in green and red during the holidays. This view of the tower was shot from Gastown.

There's many things to see and do during the holidays in Vancouver, BC. There's the Vancouver Christmas Market, which we attended, lots of light displays around the city, and the Aurora Winter Festival. This Canadian city on the west coast goes all out during the month of December. For our family it was worth a trip north to soak it all in.

The pretty lights lining Robson Street in downtown Vancouver kept shoppers feeling merry, even with all of the Christmas crowds.

I liked this lit up ball display right outside Pacific Centre Mall. It looked majestic at night, as we drove by. And the perfect spot for a selfie.

Pacific Centre Mall on Robson Street had these festive, lit up reindeer, also a fun spot to pose for a photo.

We didn't go to the Aurora Winter Festival but we did walk by the entrance. It looked like an awesome, but cold, time!

They set up this fun looking Ferris Wheel for the event, plus rides, and lots of venders. Maybe we'll check it out some other year!

My sons and I had fun looking at these huge, Christmas ornaments display while we waited for a table at the Cactus Club on Robson Street. I loved how many displays there were in Vancouver!

Lights, lights everywhere! On the dark nights in Canada, we enjoyed how everything was lit up. Vancouver is truly a beautiful place year around, but during the holidays, it was an awesome place to be!
