Dinner at Tutta Bella in Crossroads

Tutta Bella is one of my favorite pizza spots in the Seattle area.  Our usual haunt is the Columbia City location and we love the authentic Neapolitan style pizza and the strong cocktails.  Their happy hour is amazing with seven dollar pizzas we always gobble up.   For this visit, we ate at the new Crossroads location on the eastside.  We were celebrating our boys birthday by going to Wiggleworks in the same complex and I was happy to see a Tutta Bella there.  So we started with the
Bietole Marinate-roasted beets, red onion, pistachio, chevre and red wine vinaigrette.  Our boys like goat cheese so they nibbled on that while my husband and I ate the rest of the salad.  It paired well with our cocktails, the Castra Nicia- buffalo trace bourbon, averna amaro, aperol, lime juice, angostura bitters and soda.  We like this drink and order it every time.  Then it was time for pizza.  We had happy hour personal pizzas- the Margharita which has pomodoro, fresh mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and basil.  Then the Tutta Bella pizza- pomodoro, fresh mozzarella, isernio's italian sausage, mushroom, onion, basil.  My sons shared the Quattro Formaggi.  It has extra virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella, provola, gorgonzola, slivered garlic and oregano.
