Trying animal-faced ice cream at Besito Ice Cream

If you like your ice cream with an animal face, then you'll love visiting Besito Ice Cream on First Hill. They share a large and open space with Leon Coffee. The decor is all so cute, with lots of photo backgrounds. 

At this ice cream shop, you can choose your flavor of ice cream and then get either a panda, piggy, bear, koala, or dog face on your scoop! It's so cute and my sons adored their cones. One of them chose the Cotton Candy ice cream with a koala face and the other chose the Chocolate Abuelita with a bear face. I selected a scoop of Coffee Brownie in a cup with a koala face, and I loved how cute it was! The ice cream is hand-scooped, and the quality was just okay. I liked the coffee and light chocolate flavor, but the texture was just alright for me. The price was high with all three ice creams costing $28 plus a tip. 

I liked the look of the store and the ice cream, but I probably wouldn't return because of the price. This was my second time trying adorable ice cream like this, but if you've never had it and you love unique looking ice cream, I would give this place a try!
